I don’t know my password
If you don’t remember your password, please click on the "Reset Your Password" link at the bottom of the login form. This will allow you to reset your password using your email address on file.
I have not received my password reset email
Please allow for a few minutes to receive the email. Also, please make sure that the email is not caught by your spam filter.
My email address has changed
If you no longer have access to the email used to create your training account, please contact your company supervisor or representative. They will assist you in updating your profile in the system.
My email address is not valid
If the system cannot find your email, it’s possible that your email address has changed, or that you don’t have an account in the system. If so, you can contact your supervisor to update your profile, or create a new account.
I don’t have an email address
A valid email address is required to create an account. If you don't have an email address, you can obtain one from online services such as gmail.com or outlook.com.
Can I sign up a group of people at once?
No, group signups are not possible. Each person must create their own account and take the training individually.
I need to print my certificate
To print your training certificate, please click on the "Print Certificate" button at the bottom of your dashboard.
When will my training expire?
Each course or orientation has its own expiry period. Please check your dashboard or certificate to see the expiry date for each course.
Will I need to restart a course from the beginning if I log out?
No, the course will remember your progress, and will resume at your last location next time you launch the course.
The video is freezing during playback
Please ensure that your internet connection supports streaming video. We recommend a speed of 2Mbps or higher. You can measure your internet speed using speedtest.net. Cellular, dial-up, and satellite connections may not have adequate speed to watch the video. Also, if you are in a training facility, your connection may be overloaded by multiple people watching the video at the same time.
The video is black or doesn’t appear or play at all
Please check with your IT administrator to ensure that video streaming is not blocked by your company firewall. Specifically, please ensure that MP4 video files are allowed through the firewall.
Can I use the system without agreeing to the listed terms and policies?
No. To use the online training system you must agree to all of the listed terms, conditions, and policies.
